1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the XYLifestyles website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, XYLifestyles reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Ordering & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. An order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch — we will notify you if any item is unavailable.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Payment Gateway Errors & Failures

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. XYLifestyles is not responsible for:

• Payment failures, transaction declines, or errors caused by your bank or card issuer.

• Double charges or duplicate transactions resulting from network errors — please contact your bank directly.

• Delays in payment processing or settlement caused by the payment gateway.

• Loss of data during a failed payment transaction.

If your payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account, it will typically be reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. XYLifestyles is not liable for any delay in such reversals. Contact us at hello@xylifestyles.com with your transaction ID and we will assist in liaising with the payment provider.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order at delivery may result in your account being flagged and future COD eligibility being revoked. Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in account suspension.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. XYLifestyles is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.

8. Referral Programme

Our referral programme is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Referral commissions are subject to review before approval. XYLifestyles reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for orders that are cancelled or found to be fraudulent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of XYLifestyles and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYLifestyles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

12. Changes to Terms

XYLifestyles reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
