1. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Partners
We ship via Shiprocket-affiliated courier partners for most pincodes. For locations not serviceable by our standard courier network, orders are shipped via India Post, and an additional delivery charge may apply — this will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas served via India Post may take longer (7–12 business days). These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order value. Free shipping may be offered above a minimum order value as displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email/SMS where available. You can also view order status from your account page.
6. Delays
XYLifestyles is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.
