Return Policy
Our policy on returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

1. General Policy
All sales on XYLifestyles are final. Due to the personal-care and wellness nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection (apparel), or similar reasons once an order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@xylifestyles.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic/video evidence of the issue. Our team will review each case individually.
3. Resolution
If your claim is validated, we may offer, at our sole discretion:
• A replacement of the same item, or
• A refund as per our Refund Policy.
This exception does not constitute a general returns policy and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Items Not Eligible
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness/personal-care products are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
