Refund Policy
How and when refunds are issued for eligible orders.

1. Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in cases approved under our Return Policy (damaged, defective, or incorrect items confirmed by our team), or where an order is cancelled before dispatch.
2. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.
3. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it is initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Payment Gateway Failures
If a payment is debited from your account but the order was not confirmed, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days. If this does not happen, contact us at hello@xylifestyles.com with your transaction ID and we will assist.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at hello@xylifestyles.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
